New York, NY (December 15th, 2013)– 2011 World Amateur Middleweight champion and 2012 Olympian Evhen Khytrov will debut in the main event of a ten bout card at Webster Hall in New York City on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, promoted by Dmitriy Salita’s Star of David Promotions and Uma Urman’s Fight Promotions.

Khytrov, also the 2011 Ukrainian National champion and former Boxing European Cup and European Juniors Boxing champion, will face 4-6 Wichita, Kansas Middleweight Ramon Barber in a scheduled eight rounder unlikely to half that distance. Khytrov, an advanced technical boxer with power punching skills, should stop the limited Garber within four to six rounds. With regular ring appearances every six to eight weeks, Khytrov could be ready for a world title bout in 24 to 36 months if Salita moves him correctly.

Rising Kazakhstan lightweight prospect Dimash Niyazov, 4-0-1, fighting out of Staten Island, New York, will face 4-6 Raphael Luna of Albany, New York. Luna could be quite a test for Niyazov, as he lost a close eight round decision to 16-1 Canadian light welterweight contender Tony Luis last month. Luna’s record includes hard fought draws wit Atlantic City’s tough Osnel Charles and Puerto Rico’s Joey Arroyo, and victories over Terry Gibbs, Anthony Brown and Jesus Barboza.

Rising 7-0-1 Polish lightweight Michal Chudecki will face 2-2 upset minded local fighter Joshua Nieves. Looking for a third upset, Nieves has upset knockout wins over Moses Molina and Edwin Cotto in his last two fights. Nieves knocked out the upbeaten Cotto with a body shot at Westchester County Center this past May, so expect CHudecki to be in a war.

Brooklyn middleweight prospect Akil Auguste, 2-1, faces 1-7 Guyana journeyman Jermaine King. Cruiserweight contender Stivens ‘Superman’ Bujaj, an Albanian fighting out of New York City, looks for his tenth straight win when he faces Mike ‘Concrete’ Bissett, 5-3, out of Tampa, Florida. 6-0-1 heavyweight and kickboxer Jarrell ‘Big Baby’ Miller of Brooklyn will face 8-2southpaw Sylvester ‘Doc’ Barron of Anacortes, Washington in a crossroads bout. 3-0 New York City middleweight Pete Reyes will face Philadelphia fighter Ruben Ortiz. 1-0 Brooklyn lightweight Wesley Ferrer will face debuting Richard Bonds of Newburgh, New York.  2-1 Brooklyn super featherweight Glenford Nickey will face unbeaten Rigoberto Miranda of Albany, whose record consists of two draws. 1-0 Bronx light welterweight Marcos Suarez will face  Jean Hernandez of the Bronx.

Tickets for the Brooklyn Brawl Webster Hall boxing event are $125, $85 and $65 and can be purchased via

www.Ticketweb.com or www.dssalita.com or call 646-481-5558 for more information. In addition, entertainment at the event will be provided by K-Kutta.
