Greek-American Don George (23-2-1, 20 KO’s) will face today Adonis Stevenson (18-1, 15 KO’s) for IBF super middleweight Title Eliminator at Bell Centre, in Montreal, Canada. Stevenson is healed after his hand injury that had the fight push back to October. The winner of the Stevenson-George fight will be the mandatory challenger for IBF super middleweight champion Carl Froch, although there’s a good chance that Froch will never face either one of these guys because he’s talking about possibly fighting only three more times and then retiring.Whether he does or doesn’t, Stevenson or George will be ready to fight for the International Boxing Federation title next year so it really doesn’t matter what Froch decides to do.

On the other hand Pride of Greece Mighty Mike Arnaoutis, world title challenger,  will face undefeated African warrior Issouf Kinda, defending his New York State Title for the vacant World Professional Boxing Federation (WPBF) Super Lightweight Title. Joe DeGuardia’s Star Boxing presents “WESTBURY WARS”, a sensational evening of world-class professional boxing on Saturday, October 13 at the NYCB Theatre at Westbury in Westbury, New York.

Ο Ελληνοαμερικάνος Don George (23-2-1, 20 KO’s) θα αντιμετωπίσει τον Adonis Stevenson (18-1, 15 KO’s) σε έναν αγώνα «εξολόθρευσης» στο τον  Bell Centre, του Μόντρεαλ, του Καναδά. Μετά τον τραυματισμό του Stevenson στο χέρι, που είχε ως αποτέλεσμα να αναβληθεί ο αγώνας μεταξύ τους τον Οκτώβρη, η αναμέτρηση ανάμεσά τους είναι γεγονός. Ο νικητής George- Stevenson θα έχει την ευκαιρία να διεκδικίσει τον τίτλο της IBF super middleweight Title την οποία και κατέχει ο Carl Froch. Πιθανότατα όμως ο Froch να μήν αντιμετωπίσει κανέναν από τους δύο διότι φήμες λένε ότι θα αγωνιστεί ακόμα για 3 φορές και μετά θα αποσυρθεί. Με τον έναν ή τον άλλο τρόπο ότι και αν αποφασίσει να κάνει ο Froch τόσο ο Stevenson όσο και George θα είναι σε ετοιμότητα την επόμενη χρονιά για να μπορέσουν να διεκδικήσουν τον τίτλο.

Μεγάλο αγώνα δίνει το καμάρι της Ελλάδας Μιχάλης Αρναούτης για την κενή θέση της ζώνης της World Professional Boxing Federation (WPBF) Super Lightweight Title όπου και θα αντιμετωπίσει τον Αφρικανό μαχητή Issouf Kinda, στις 13 Οκτ. στη διοργάνωση “WESTBURY WARS”, στο NYCB Θέατρο στο Westbury της Νέας Υόρκης.
