It’s BAMMA 26 Fight Week! This coming Saturday sees BAMMA once again take over the legendary 3Arena in Dublin for BAMMA 26: Phillips Vs DeVent. For the thousands in attendance and for viewers across the world, this promises to be another epic night of MMA action with two titles on the line and the return of local hero Paul ‘Redser’ Redmond.
Manchester, UK, (10th of September 2016)– Saturday’s main event sees the BAMMA Middleweight title being put on the line as reigning champion John ‘The White Mike Tyson’ Phillips takes on number one challenger and current Lonsdale Middleweight Champion Andy ‘The Lionspaw’ DeVent. Both fighters devastated their opponents on BAMMA 24 and are now on a collision course for the belt. With two of the sports heaviest hitters going head to head, this promises to be one of BAMMA’s most explosive title bouts to date.
Also defending his title at the 3Arena is German prodigy Rany Saadeh. The Flyweight sensation comes up against the super tough Andy ‘Taz’ Young in his second title defence, as he looks to extend his five fight win streak in Dublin. Add to this the full on war of words playing out between Lonsdale champion Alan ‘The Apprentice’ Philpott and challenger Aaron ‘Smackwell’ Blackwell, and you have an event not to be missed.

Lonsdale Lightweight Champion Marc ‘Bonecrusher’ Diakiese Signs With UFC
After amassing a 9-0 record and with two devasting finishes in his last fights, Marc ‘Bonecrusher’ Diakiese has signed on the dotted line with the UFC. The seemingly unstoppable striker has evolved into a true force in his time with BAMMA, rising from undercard to main card in his time with the promotion.
“I want to firstly thank BAMMA, because they are the best platform in Europe and without them, I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my dream” commented Marc Diakiese on the signing.
BAMMA would like to wish Marc the best of luck with his future career.

BAMMA is pleased to announce that joining the BAMMA presenting team at BAMMA 26 is Valerie Wyndham, otherwise known as So Cal Val.
Bringing her wealth of experience to the BAMMA, Val will deliver all the big news from backstage as well as exclusive interviews and lots more fun surprises.
Valerie Wyndham started her presenting career in professional wrestling in 2002 gaining worldwide recognition, most notably as an announcer and on air personality for TNA Impact Wrestling for 9 years (seen on Spike TV in the US and Challenge TV in the UK).
