By Robert Brizel, Head Real Combat Media Boxing Correspondent

Las Vegas,NV (May 4, 2015)– Now that the fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas is over, Floyd, now 48-0, has one more fight on his television contract.

Mayweather Promotions will continue, Floyd’s career at age 38 might not after the next bout, which would tie him with the late World Heavyweight champion Rocky Marciano at 49-0. If Floyd continues, he could try to break the record. Heavyweight champion Larry Holmes reached 48-0 and then lost six title bouts.
