MIKE TYSON HELPS SAVE A MOTORCYCLIST AFTER ACCIDENT

Las Vegas, NV (September 23, 2014)-–  Mike Tyson, the former heavyweight champion played savior last week when he quickly responded to an injured motorcyclist and waited with the man until paramedics arrived, according to the Associated Press.

Ryan Chesley, 29, had been cut off by a cab last Tuesday night in Las Vegas and fallen hard while riding his motorcycle. Much to his surprise, one of the first people over to him was Iron Mike.

“He thought he was hallucinating,” Chesley’s attorney Stephen Stubbs said. “He thought he was in some other world.”

Tyson, with a group of three friends, blocked off traffic and waited with Chesley until doctors arrived. Despite serious injuries, including a paralyzed big toe, a broken ankle and torn muscles, Chesley apparently had the wherewithal to snap a photo with his uninjured hand.

“[Tyson] was saying, ‘Don’t worry, don’t worry, people are coming,” according to Stubbs.

Chesley sent Tyson a fruit basket for his good deed along with this thank-you note:
